It is our pleasure to present the Zion-Benton community with the 2024 Version 3.0 of the District’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan for Improvement. Each year, it has been necessary to edit the plan as a result of the district's commitment to the continuous improvement process.  While remaining committed to the original 6 goals, it has been imperative to adjust and/or modify the strategies we use to improve from the success we have each year and address any continual challenges.  This strategic plan is the result of a grassroots effort involving dozens of faculty, staff, alumni, administration, partners, and friends of our district. The resulting document is detailed, comprehensive, and ambitious. It lays out a bold but achievable vision for the future of District 126.
